One late night a few weeks before the release of "Good Prisoner," I started this track with an eerie piano part (the one you hear at the beginning) that really felt like it captured the atmosphere of that night. I then continued this track with every intention to make it as unique and interesting as possible, running into numerous writer's blocks as a result. But interestingly, every break-through I had with this track happened roughly around 2 A.M., hence its name.

What came out of this long composition process was a gem that I really cherish, with twists and turns that one would rarely find in EDM, and an intense emotional component that both reflects my current musical style and is relatively fresh for me. I hope you like it as much as I do.
